Coupling his passion of striving for excellence on and off the field and for motivating others to achieve their goals, in 2011 Blair founded Ninety10 Sports. Ninety10 Sports is focused on providing instruction, through cerebral development, to young athletes and adult learners, who desire to learn about the sport they play. As with most activities worth pursuing in life, Blair has learned and understands that the game of athletics is 90% mental and 10% physical.
Blair capitalizes on that equation in his instructional camp by immersing the program participants in the mental side of the sport, honing their understanding of the game from the perspective of the player and the coach, and teaching skills that will help them on and off the field. This will prepare them for the required level of playing grade school, high school, college and beyond.
In the fall of 2016/17, Blairs world was shook again! He became an active athlete, and trained hard to become an Olympic hopeful, by becoming a member of the Jamaican Bobsleigh Team. It was there he got the chance to follow in his fathers footsteps in becoming a National athlete for his parents birth country of Jamaica. Once that season was completed, Blair accepted in becoming the Vice President, from 2018 -2021 and now current 2022, President of the NFL Alumni - Chciago Chapter. Blair enjoys passing his knowledge and experiences forward through sports and keynote speaking.
